 HOUND and SACHA were 'hungry' and ate two days' worth
 of food within 30 minutes. I am writing this mostly
 so that I can blame them later when we are running
 too low on supplies.

 SIREN went to take a nap. I cannot blame her. The
 work around the ship has been exhausting lately.

 I would consider myself a very "no-nonsense" woman,
 but lately I too have been slacking a bit. I slept
 in too late this morning and ate a very unhealthy
 break-fast. 

 HOUND sent out our first message the other day. I
 tried to tell him to hold off, but now that he has
 opened Pandora's box, there is no longer any sense
 in attempting to say under the radar of the folks
 on QEC. I suppose there never was any sense in it
 anyway. It's probably better this way.

 That's what I'm telling myself, anyway.
