Narrative:
The Archer-51 was launched from SSSF Base "Tranquility", Luna,
Earth 1, Sol System BF755C96-CA48-428C-8D37-A35D93D572A8 on the launch
date specified above. Copilot J3N67 issued a Mayday call on date
3330194854bfc45c5376e6b464de1804537dcb9b08a4930cbb390965befb03b0a65d93e8
52af78d24e5028066972dd125f72f4c316c6364a077cdbe38c1e9521 at position
60C32C6D-FDE7-44F5-8A8B-5045C558214A stating incapacitation of commanding
officer STEPHENS. Upon receiving the Mayday call, B&FC dispatched
ambulance Hospitaller-6 under command of CAPT/MEDICO Robin DALY to the
last known location of Archer-51. Hospitaller-6 arrived at the location
and found Archer-51 operating at power level of 9%, with all life
support systems inactive and onboard technologies including J3N67 in
hibernation mode. Ambulance crew boarded Archer-51 and found SPC1
STEPHENS in the bridge, unconscious. Ambulance crew hailed a second
ambulance, Hospitaller-10, to transport SPC1 STEPHENS to Archer-51's
original destination of SSSF Base "Megaphone", Ganymede, Jupiter 3, Sol
System 1CFE05D3-EDD3-4B79-9C1E-B22CF69E4F0D, while Hospitaller-6 crew
remained behind searching for other survivors. None were found. Review
of acting captain STEPHENS' log revealed that he was the only crew
member aboard the ship at time of launch. Upon finding neither the
rest of the crew nor any of its cargo, DALY declared the Archer-51 to
be a total loss, engaged shutdown mode, and hailed a towboat to
transport the Archer-51 to the nearest B&FC yard at Phobos, Mars 1,
Sol System B262EE80-A25E-45CE-969E-4E08CD08E4C2.

SPC1 STEPHENS died in the care of Hospitaller-10. He is eligible for
full honors from the SSSF and B&FC, and his surviving spouse is eligible
to collect his pension.

Phobos yard declared Archer-51 unsalvageable and ordered it be struck from
the B&FC roster.

Outcome:
* Archer-51, all cargo and crew lost.
* One confirmed fatality.
* Eleven crew missing in action.
* Whereabouts of cargo unknown.

Directives:
* Arrange for funeral with full honors for SPC1 STEPHENS.
* Strike Archer-51 from the roster.
* Investigate launch of Archer-51 without cargo or full crew.
* Investigate manner of Archer-51's incapacitation and that of SPC1
  STEPHENS.
* Engage SSSF Investigative Command per original requisition.

IT IS SO DIRECTED. RECTA AD SCOPUM.
